♡ TERMS OF SERVICE ♡

Buyers must read and agree to these conditions before commissioning me ♥.

How it works.

First the client must contact me and discuss the type of art they want along with it's reference if available (the client may also refer to one of my illustrations as reference). I start working once the client has paid 100% of the agreed price via Paypal.

  1. Draft: a rudimentary sketch(s) is sent to the client to confirm the overall direction of the artwork. Further drafts can be sent upon request.

  2. Rough sketch: a second, more defined round of the sketch stage.

  3. Lineart & base colors: Small/detail changes are allowed, to a degree.

  4. Final details: the final version of the commission is sent. Only minute details can be modified at this stage.

There is no extra charge as long as there is no excessive amount of "big changes", particularly after the sketch stages. Small/detail changes are free as long as they aren't abused.

This is a general idea of how the process is. Depending on the type of commission there may be some changes (sketch, character design, turnarounds, etc.). I'll only continue working on the next stage of the artpiece once I've recieved an "okay" from the client in each step. You may also recieve the final product with no inbetween steps if that's what you prefer ♥

I reserve the right to decline your request should it be against my comfort, moral, and spiritual values.
Feel free to ask if you have any doubts at all ♥.

Payment Method.

Paypal.

Waiting time.

Waiting time depends on the complexity of the piece and my availability at the time. If the client wishes to have the piece finished at a certain date it can be discussed ♥. I typically deliver the artpiece in no longer than a month (assuming there are no delays when communicating with the client).

If I'm already working on another commission the client can reserve a spot! This means that when I finish with the previous commission I'll get in contact with the first person next in the "Waiting list" (you can check if there are any reservations in the "commission" tab). You can get in my waiting list for free, I'll contact you when I am available ♥

Refunds/cancelations.

Only applicable if I find myself unable to deliver the piece.

Personal and Commercial use.

Prices depicted on this website are for personal use artwork only. Contact me for commercial use/royalty information.

My work has to be credited (mentioning "Vixon"/"Vixon Sittner" or linking/tagging my instagram at @vixonsittner).

Please refrain from reposting my work to websites that are meant for artists to publish their own work, such as deviantART or Pixiv.

♡ Frequently asked questions:

Can I commission more than one character in the same art piece?

Yes. Each extra character is charged individually (you can mix and match a fullbody character with another half body and so on).

Are backgrounds/props extra?

All simple backgrounds, such as shown in the examples, come for free. A different type of background or prop will signify an up in price depending on the complexity (Examples: a bicycle or a beach scenery).

Can I sell the commissioned artwork?

No unless we have previously discussed the matter (commercial use has different values and terms). If this is not the case, you have the freedom to share it (with proper credit), use it as a profile picture and even print a poster for yourself. However, any commercial use such as selling merchandizing of the artwork or making it an NFT is prohibited.

What is a revision?

A revision is when you ask for changes on the artwork itself. Examples: eye color change. Big changes are typically reserved for the beginning of a commission while small changes can be done later on.
